Boise Friends Church is proud to offer a variety of opportunities for children and teens of all ages to engage in Christ-centered education, enrichment, and fellowship. These classes and groups are facilitated by dedicated educators and volunteers.
Nursery
During Sunday school classes and worship, child care is available in the church nursery for all for infants and toddlers (up to age 3). Our colorful, comfortable nursery is stocked with age-appropriate toys and books an is staffed by our dedicated volunteers. A private and comfortable nursing and napping room is also available adjacent to the nursery.
Preschool
Crafts, stories, and play for preschoolers (ages 3 to 5) are also offered during Sunday worship in our preschool classroom. Each week, small children experience a
Children’s Church
While children are always welcome to stay with their parents during worship, a special Children’s Church is offered during service. Fun activities including stories, worship, crafts, and play fill the hour.
Middle School Youth Group
Middle School youth meet Wednesdays at 7:00pm. Each Wednesday, middle schoolers hang out, talk, and play together. Each week there are discussions about biblical topics and faith issues. We welcome any youth 6th-8th grade. Come Join us.
High School Youth Group
Every Wednesday night at 7:00 P.M., high schoolers meet in the High School Youth Lounge off the church gym for games, “lively” discussion, snacks, and meaningful exploration of the issues facing today’s youth. Guests and visitors are always welcome!
